Warhorse Studios won’t be expanding Henry’s story for much longer. We already know the release date of the final story DLC.
The latest DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, is called Mysteria Ecclesiae. In this expansion, Henry, the game’s protagonist, becomes the assistant of Sigismund Albicus. Albicus is a renowned healer connected to King Wenceslaus. Henry is given a secret mission within the ancient walls of the monastery and becomes entangled in a web of intrigue and a deadly, mysterious plague. Each faction has its own hidden motives.
Players of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II can explore the impressive Sedlec Ossuary and get to know its mysterious inhabitants. A sudden epidemic strikes the area, and finding its origin is essential. Warhorse promises a rich, cinematic quest that will test players’ deductive and investigative skills. To uncover Sedletz Monastery’s secrets, you must interact with its inhabitants and discover their hidden intentions. You can interact with different factions, each with their own motivations, and your decisions will shape the course of events.
Players will explore the varied areas of the historically accurate monastery, gradually unlocking new sections by solving puzzles and discovering secrets. As you would expect from DLC, the developers are introducing new costumes, weapons, potions, and books to expand Henry’s knowledge and abilities.
The Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC costs $14, or you can purchase it as part of the Expansion Pass for $30. The latter also includes the two previously released story DLCs, Brushes with Death and Legacy of the Forge. Owners of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Gold Edition will automatically receive Mysteria Ecclesiae because it includes the base game and the Expansion Pass.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has been a huge success for Plaion and Warhorse Studios, selling over three million copies to date. The game’s expansion, Mysteria Ecclesiae, will be released on November 11 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
