Chief Rebel and Arc Games have announced that Fellowship will launch in Early Access on October 9, preceded by an open beta running September 18–23 on Steam.
Chief Rebel is a new studio formed by veterans who worked on major titles like World of Warcraft, Diablo IV, Helldivers II, Just Cause, and Battlefield. Their debut project, Fellowship, is an online multiplayer dungeon adventure that invites players into a cooperative, challenging, but accessible PvE experience. The Early Access release is just the beginning, with content evolving over time based on community feedback.
From day one of Early Access, the game delivers on its core promise: dungeons anytime, action right away. Cosmetic purchases will also be introduced later, though they won’t affect gameplay. Version 1.0 will bring additional content, systems, and features, many of them influenced by player feedback during Early Access.
Open Beta Features and New Content
The open beta begins September 18 and runs until September 23. Players can try out seven heroes (two tanks, three DPS—including the newly revealed Mara—and two healers), dive into ranked and quick-play dungeon runs, and face challenging bosses. The beta introduces the new Urrak Market dungeon, a progression system with weapons, gems, talents, crafting, and legendary gear, as well as new mounts, equipment, and cosmetic customization options.
Fellowship emphasizes teamwork, strategy, and the holy trinity of tank, healer, and DPS. Players must cooperate to overcome dungeons, defeat powerful bosses, and secure epic loot, while also competing on leaderboards. Early Access launches October 9 on PC via Steam, priced at $25.
