Today, we released PC spec requirements. We’ve seen some questions around consoles.
On PS5 and Xbox Series X, Mafia: The Old Country will have both Quality and Performance modes at launch, with the game running at an average 60fps in Performance Mode.
Players who want to…

Here, too, upscaling is the basis for the system requirements. To achieve the best graphics, you will need a fairly recent rig, and without upscaling, even an RTX 5090 might not be able to run at native 4K at 60 FPS (yes, the resolution is different in the list!). In all cases, scenes will be limited to 30 FPS. Unreal Engine Temporal Super Resolution, AMD FSR 4, NVIDIA DLSS 4, and Intel XeSS 2 are also supported. V-sync and frame generation will be available, as will HDR and support for ultra-wide monitors.
We can expect 60 FPS in Performance mode on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, but Hangar 13 does not mention the same for Quality mode (in fact, nothing at all). The frame rate will likely be 30 FPS. According to Hangar 13, players who prioritize higher resolution and visual fidelity should choose Quality mode, and those who prefer a higher refresh rate should choose Performance mode.
Mafia: The Old Country will be released on August 8 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
